Some of the sub-processors that is mentioned above is owned by companies based outside EU/EEA. According to Schrems II, it can be interpreted as transfer as data. 24SevenOffice always strives to use data centers located within the EU/EEA for storage and processing of personal data. However, there are situations where 24SevenOffice needs to process certain personal data with the help of IT tools or services that are provided by companies established and/or use sub-contractors that are established outside of the EU/EEA. In such cases, 24SevenOffice make sure that the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses for such transfers are entered into with the recipient outside the EU/EEA, and that the sub-processors follow the EU US Data Framework.
